Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Shop strategy and operations for DACH brands across Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
• Identify growth opportunities, drive sales, and improve conversion rates on TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with founders to set strategic priorities and translate objectives into actions.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Assess creative assets and formats to maximize engagement and commercial impact.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and social commerce developments to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop scalable processes and continuously refine TikTok Shop strategies for sustainable growth.
• Apply insights from creative training to strengthen content performance and campaigns.
