Jobgether is hiring a Head of TikTok Shop based in Mexico to lead social commerce for major brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will own TikTok Shop operations, drive sales growth, and partner with founders to translate business objectives into measurable results.

You will use performance data and creative training to optimize campaigns and content assets, stay ahead of trends, and implement scalable processes for sustainable growth in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, social media or related field.
• Understanding of digital growth strategies and social commerce.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of TikTok Shop operations and lead social commerce strategy for brands across DACH.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimize sales, and improve conversion and brand performance on TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with founders to set priorities and drive growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Assess content assets and formats to maximise engagement and commercial impact.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and creator strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop scalable processes and refine TikTok Shop strategies for sustainable growth.
• Leverage advanced creative training insights to improve content performance.
