AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, leading containerized Python and React apps, and guiding senior engineers to maintain long-term maintainability.

Collaborate with DevOps, integrate AI-powered features, and ensure alignment with engineering standards. This remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities to shape high-impact, data-driven products.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python using FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid TypeScript and React experience; Next.js a plus.
• Experience designing REST APIs including migration from GraphQL endpoints.
• Hands-on Docker and PostgreSQL experience, including migrations.
• Data-heavy applications with large payloads and performance-sensitive queries.
• Familiar with object-storage data lakes (S3/Athena) and EKS/Kubernetes concepts.
• Aware of DAG-based orchestrators like Airflow; not required to manage Airflow.
• Mac/Linux command-line proficiency (Bash/Makefiles).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with responsible usage.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality standards during development.
• Design and deploy containerized applications using REST APIs.
• Embed complex logic and AI features into the platform without breaking workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps on data pipelines and infrastructure requirements.
• Guide senior engineers and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Clarify functional and non-functional requirements for the data stack.
