BULL-IT SOLUTIONS LTD in Mexico City is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk professional to provide remote support for laptops, desktops, and basic LAN issues. The role requires 12-18 months of hands-on experience, with intermediate knowledge of iOS, Android and Windows, and the ability to diagnose and resolve common ICT service desk tickets.

• 12-18 months’ work experience in service desk/tech support.
• Intermediate knowledge of Small Forms (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Experience in ICT Service Desk with diagnostics and resolutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Registry Fix, Patch upgrades, Virus protection, Security, Encryptions.
• Intermediate knowledge of VPN, TCP/IP, OSI, network devices and carriers.
