BULL-IT SOLUTIONS LTD in Mexico City seeks a Service Desk Analyst to provide first line IT support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolutions across laptops, desktops, LAN and applications.

The role requires 12-18 months experience in a busy ICT service desk, familiarity with ITIL, and strong communication. You will work in shifts to support a busy user base and deliver quality customer service.

Formación

• Experience of 12-18 months in a busy ICT Service Desk.
• Understanding of ITIL working practices.
• Ability to support laptops/desktops, LAN issues, and applications remotely.
• Strong time management and customer service ethos.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first line support via telephone, web tickets, chat and e-mail.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Escalate and document interactions as required.
• Ensure data protection and customer confidentiality at all times.
