AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This person balances hands-on architecture work, including domain-driven design and RESTful API patterns, with day-to-day mentorship of the team.

Formación

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; ≥4 years.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong OOA/OOD, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Deep understanding of domain bounded contexts.
• Experience building/consuming RESTful services with standard APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• Passion for server-side logic, performance, and architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to execute on deliverables while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend, connecting UI to backend logic.
• Lead the transition to domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with standard patterns.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
