AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This role balances hands-on architecture with day-to-day mentorship of the team. You will make technical calls and stand behind them.

The position emphasizes domain-driven design, RESTful APIs, and strong collaboration with global teams. Remote-friendly, with flexible hours and continuous learning opportunities.

Formación

• Proven track record leading squads and mentoring juniors.
• Advanced Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with strong backend experience.
• Experience with Kafka, relational databases, and ORM (JPA/Hibernate).
• Strong OO analysis/design, domain-driven design, and RESTful APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Squad Lead, driving delivery with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services in Java/Spring Boot; build Angular frontend connectivity.
• Lead transition toward domain-driven design with strong bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs and advocate best practices and scalable patterns.
• Mentor teammates and promote agile engineering practices.
