AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend, balancing hands-on architecture with day-to-day mentorship. You will drive design decisions, implement robust backend solutions, connect UI with RESTful APIs, and lead the shift toward domain-driven design and clear bounded contexts across the product.

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring.
• 4+ years of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural pattern awareness.
• Experience building RESTful services and SQL DBs (PostgreSQL, Oracle).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead driving delivery and quality.
• Design and implement backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop Angular frontend to connect with backend.
• Transition to domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
