AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. You will balance hands-on architecture work with day-to-day mentorship of the team and make technical calls.

Key responsibilities include designing robust backend services, building the Angular frontend, and driving a domain-driven transition with strong architectural integrity.

Formación

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with team mentorship.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; 4+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Experience with domain bounded contexts.
• RESTful services development and consumption with standard APIs.
• Relational DB experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle; JPA/Hibernate.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Squad Lead to drive delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend linking UI to backend.
• Lead transition to domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP semantics and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, promote best practices, and defend architectural integrity.
