AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This role balances hands-on architecture work with day-to-day mentorship of the team, and calls for someone comfortable making technical calls and standing behind them.

The role emphasizes designing robust backend services, transitioning toward domain-driven design, and building RESTful APIs that follow proper HTTP semantics.

Formación

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (≥4 years).
• Hands-on Kafka experience and scalable backend design.
• Strong OOAD understanding and design pattern knowledge.
• Experience with RESTful services and domain-driven architectures.
• Experience with relational DBs (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend, ensuring UI/backend cohesion.
• Lead transition to domain-driven design with strong bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP semantics and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, promote best practices, and push for architectural integrity.
