Arq is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team, supporting operations across Mexico, including Acapulco. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Formación

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in remote or hybrid settings.
• Experience using sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize efforts.
