Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle process, developing sourcing strategies, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in remote or hybrid settings.
• Proven sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
