The role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, expertise with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and strong communication with hiring managers.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote or hybrid.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes.
