Arq is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team, supporting operations across Mexico. You will lead sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes, building strong candidate pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from your home office.

This role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, partnering with hiring managers

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Remote or hybrid experience preferred
• Experience using sourcing tools to attract passive candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with high productivity in a remote environment

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment advice
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Leverage recruitment analytics to optimize hiring efforts
