Arq is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team, supporting operations across multiple locations, including Acapulco. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from home.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in remote or hybrid settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to optimize efforts.
