• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize efforts.
