Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote or hybrid.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments for fit and qualifications.
