Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing HR team as a fully remote, hybrid role spanning across Mexico. The position focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline from sourcing to offers.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and ATS skills, and fluency in Spanish with English a plus. This role supports a remote-friendly culture with competitive compensation and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions across different departments.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress effectively.
• Assist in organizing and participating in virtual recruitment events and career fairs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal to top talent.
• Stay informed about labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
