Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing HR team as a fully remote, hybrid role spanning across Mexico. The position focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline from sourcing to offers.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and ATS skills, and fluency in Spanish with English a plus. This role supports a remote-friendly culture with competitive compensation and growth

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions across different departments.
