• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier candidates and position the organization as an employer of choice.
