BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition team and shape the hiring strategy for technical and non-technical profiles worldwide.

You will partner with Recruiting, PMs and AMs to identify candidates, improve TA processes, and craft compelling economic proposals. 100% remote, with flexible hours and strong growth opportunities in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruiting.
• 1+ year of managing teams.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Advanced English level and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define Talent Acquisition strategy for available openings.
• Collaborate with Recruiting team to identify possible candidates for openings.
• Work with PMs and AMs to identify farming opportunities in accounts.
• Propose improvements in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
• Define economic proposals for candidates.
