Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
• Expertise in data analytics and dashboards using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
• Proficiency in reporting and analyzing talent KPIs for operational decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel health and efficiency.
• Analyze talent KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Partner with leadership to present data-backed insights for workforce planning.

As a Talent Analytics Analyst, you will transform raw recruitment data into actionable insights that drive strategic hiring decisions. You will be key in optimizing the recruitment life cycle through advanced analytics and data-driven storytelling.
