BairesDev is expanding its Executive Search team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate to identify top-tier leadership talent for global clients. This fully remote role focuses on executive recruitment, market research, and strategic candidate assessment to build high-performing teams.

You will conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and partner with hiring managers across the US market while enjoying flexible hours, USD compensation, and a truly international work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
• Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).
• Experience recruiting for the US market and in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
• Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
