Iron Mountain is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator for LATAM who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will support recruiters and hiring managers across Chile, Argentina, Perú, México, Colombia and Brazil, ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth coordination of the recruitment process.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, bilingual English, and proficiency with Workday and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with at least one year of relevant experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication skills, proactive and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews of Professional vacancies ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Accountable for tracking completion of pre-employment vetting and support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist with recruitment-related projects and triage inquiries to the right subject matter expert.
