Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator for LATAM to support recruitment across Chile, Argentina, Perú, México, Colombia y Brazil. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage a high volume of candidate coordination, interviews, and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants across multiple countries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with HR/recruitment exposure, exceptional organization, and bilingual English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year in HR or recruitment.
• Highly organized with ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout recruitment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for professional roles with a positive candidate experience.
• Track pre-employment vetting completion and assist with onboarding.
• Support recruitment-related projects and inquiries across teams.
• Connect employees to subject matter experts as needed.
• Process contractor conversions in Workday and perform general admin tasks.
