Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with at least one year of relevant experience, including internships in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews of Professional vacancies ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Accountable for tracking completion of pre-employment vetting for candidates and support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment.
• Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
• Process contractor conversion offers in Workday as needed.
• General administrative work as needed.
