Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator for LATAM, supporting Chile, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage high volumes of coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

You will handle interview scheduling, pre-employment vetting tracking, and onboarding support, while collaborating across teams to drive efficient recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of HR or recruitment internships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and hiring managers across LATAM during the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for professional vacancies with a positive candidate experience.
• Track pre-employment vetting and assist onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist with recruitment-related projects and triage inquiries as needed.
• Connect stakeholders to subject-matter experts when required.
