Workiva is seeking a Solution Sales Executive - Sustainability Reporting to drive new business in LATAM. You will partner with Inside Sales, Solution Specialists and Partnerships to identify opportunities and demonstrate the Workiva platform.

You will navigate complex software deals, present compelling demonstrations, handle objections, and close sales while maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Carbon accounting and/or sustainability reporting experience with frameworks (CDP, GRI, SASB, CSRD, ISSB, TCFD).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Actively prospect for opportunities and generate qualified opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Present compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform to drive customer acquisition.
• Close sales by articulating Workiva's value proposition and handling objections.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast, and pipeline for accurate reporting.
• Plan sales strategy and coordinate internal resources to pursue accounts.
• Stay current on Workiva solutions through ongoing training.
