Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote, evenings-and-weekends role for building and running sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. Hours align with Toronto/Eastern time, and compensation starts with USD 1,000–1,500 per month base plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
Sustained passion for sport demonstrated through real involvement.
Strong organization and numerical skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

Planning: Assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, coordinate venues and permits, confirm schedules and staffing.
Sales: Follow up with players and team captains, convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill spaces.
Execution: Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; check readiness and resolve problems during delivery.
Growth: Build partnerships, campaigns, increase repeat registrations and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
Customer experience: Own player communications and resolve complaints.
Results: Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and drive improvements.
