Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote Coordinator to build and run sports programs across LATAM. Start with planning, budgeting, and scheduling, then drive sales, launch, execution and growth with accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
Sustained passion for sport and real involvement.
Strong organization and numerical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and operational systems.

Responsibilities

Planning: assess demand, prepare budgets and timelines, coordinate venues and staffing.
Sales: follow up with players and team captains, convert inquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
Execution: coordinate staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues during games.
Growth: build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations and identify new programs.
Customer experience: manage player communications and resolve complaints to maintain confidence.
Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and identify gaps.
