Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to build and run sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own planning, sales, execution, growth, and customer experience with ownership and urgency.

The role is remote, primarily evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time, with performance bonuses linked to targets. Start at USD 1,000–1,500 per month, with additional bonus potential and clear progression toward Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan: assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues and staffing.
• Sales: convert enquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate staff, referees, coaches, equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues.
• Growth: build partnerships and campaigns; increase repeat registrations.
• Customer experience: manage communications and resolve complaints.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
