Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to build and run sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role requires owning the end-to-end process from planning through execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality programs and strong customer experience in a remote, regional setting.

Expect evenings and weekends in the Toronto/Eastern time zone alignment, with base pay USD 1,000–1,500 per month and performance bonuses of USD 1,000+ per month based on targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely from LATAM/Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan: assess demand, budgets, timelines, venues, permits, schedules, staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players, convert enquiries to registrations, fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues.
• Growth: build partnerships, campaigns, expand programs and locations.
• Customer experience: manage player communications and handle complaints.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
