Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote Coordinator to build and run sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the process from planning through sales, launch, execution and growth, with evenings and weekends aligned to Toronto time.

Starting compensation is USD 1,000–1,500 per month, plus a potential USD 1,000+ per month in performance bonuses. Progression to Manager depends on probation and a six-month review, based on results and reliability.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch sports programs from planning to growth.
• Coordinate venues, permits, staffing and budgets.
• Convert enquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment.
• Track performance metrics and report progress.
