Job summary

Community Sports Partners seeks a hands-on Coordinator to build and run leagues and programs from planning through execution. This remote role serves Latin America and the Caribbean and operates mainly in Toronto/Eastern time evenings and weekends.

You will own planning, sales, execution, growth and customer experience, coordinating local staff, venues and staffing, tracking registrations and performance. Start at USD 1,000-$1,500 per month with potential monthly performance bonuses, with

Qualifications

Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

Plan, budget, launch timelines, coordinate venues and permits, and confirm schedules and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains, convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill available spaces.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues during games.
Build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
Own player communications and resolve complaints to maintain high-quality customer experience.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and drive improvements.
