Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote role across Latin America and the Caribbean, primarily evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time, offering USD $1,000-$1,500 per month base with potential USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses. You will own end-to-end sports programs from planning through growth.

You will be responsible for planning, sales, execution, growth, and customer experience, with a results-driven focus and high accountability in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely.
• Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan and budget launches, coordinate venues and staffing, confirm schedules and staffing.
• Follow up with players and captains, convert enquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; check readiness and resolve issues.
• Build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations and explore new programs/locations.
• Own player communications, resolve complaints, and maintain customer experience.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and drive improvements.
