Placements24 is seeking an experienced Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas to lead F&B operations for a renowned luxury hotel chain on a fully remote basis. You will drive culinary excellence, optimize budgets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all F&B outlets while collaborating with on-site directors and chefs.

The role requires a deep understanding of luxury hotel F&B, strong leadership, and financial acumen to implement high standards and innovative strategies remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive F&B management in luxury hotels.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director of F&B, Corporate F&B Manager).
• Strong leadership and financial acumen.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement F&B strategies aligning with the brand's luxury positioning and financial goals.
• Oversee the operations of all hotel F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and catering.
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and control costs related to food, beverage, labor, and other operating expenses.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop F&B leadership teams across multiple properties, fostering excellence and improvement.
• Drive innovation in menu development, beverage programs, and service delivery.
• Oversee health, safety, and sanitation regulations implementation and enforcement.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs on menu engineering and culinary excellence initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to enhance F&B revenue.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to F&B Directors and managers.
