Sezzle is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own merchant integrations from pre-sales through live implementation and beyond. You will work with enterprise merchants on custom, hand-built integrations across web, mobile app, and in-store, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, design, and launch.

You’ll lead demos, respond to RFPs, and ensure technical success while translating complex concepts for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android
• Experience supporting enterprise merchants through complex integrations
• Strong written communication and documentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants and map to Sezzle integration paths
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant engineers and business stakeholders
• Design integration solutions across APIs, SDKs, and platform plugins
• Write technical proposals and respond to RFPs and security questionnaires
• Support merchant mobile app integrations including SDK implementation and in-app checkout
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch
• Troubleshoot live integration issues with Support and Engineering
• Translate merchant needs into product feedback and drive fixes
• Build and maintain integration docs and runbooks
• Act as trusted technical advisor after launch
