Job summary

Atos SE in Mexico City seeks a Technical Consultant for ServiceNow (CMDB/ITSM) to work remotely from Mexico. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering and 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, plus knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform (18–36 months) or 3+ years with similar ITSM tools.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Ability to produce documentation at multiple levels for technical and customer audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support design workshops and contribute to design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer needs.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
