Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow) to partner with clients in analyzing and improving business processes. You will elicit requirements, advise on solution approaches, and support delivery cycles to ensure successful implementation of business-driven ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading workshops, documenting requirements, and ensuring acceptance criteria for development and testing.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS Degree in IT, IS or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of IT business process analysis and optimization.
• Primary focus: ServiceNow platform.
• Strong analytical and business process optimization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with workshop facilitation abilities.
• Preferred: CMDB, ITSM and ITOM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate client workshops to define as-is and to-be processes with Sponsors, Stakeholders, and SMEs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the customer organization.
• Support delivery by coordinating with the Project Manager to meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Translate complex information into clear user needs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create functional specifications, gap analyses, process diagrams, and user stories for Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria to support development and testing.
