Atos in Mexico seeks an experienced ServiceNow CRM Engineer to join the Global Portfolio. You will design, configure, and develop CRM/CSM solutions, integrate with enterprise systems, and advance AI-powered capabilities across regions.

Responsibilities include building workflow automation, leveraging Now Assist GenAI, and ensuring best practices, security, and quality. You will collaborate with international stakeholders and participate in releases and upgrades.

Formación

7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience with CRM/CSM workflows and integrations.
Hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
Strong knowledge of customer service operations and CRM workflow automation.
Experience with CSM modules and related areas ITSM/HRSD/ITOM.
Familiarity with CMDB/CSDM, CI relationships, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Design, configure, and develop solutions on ServiceNow for CRM/CSM and custom apps.
Develop and enhance CSM workflows including Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and Self-Service portals.
Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist GenAI Skills and AI Agents.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Support platform upgrades, releases, and UAT while ensuring best practices.
