Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working under attorney supervision. This role involves close coordination with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in plaintiff PI case management, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling personal injury claims (BI, UM/UIM, no-fault).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Possess expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.
• Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases.
• Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals while following case timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to progress cases.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case documentation in Litify.
• Assist with case-related activities under attorney supervision.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays.
