Ovation Law Firm is seeking a Legal Case Manager to guide clients through their legal journey, coordinating case progression and documentation while ensuring outstanding client experiences. Strong English communication and bilingual skills are essential, with prior exposure to Lemon Law a big plus.

You will work remotely from Latin America, supporting clients in U.S. matters, and contribute to a fast-paced team dedicated to justice and service excellence.

Competenze

• Strong English communication skills (C1) both verbal and written.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous experience in a U.S. law firm or U.S. company.
• Experience in Lemon Law or related case management is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Be the primary contact for clients, providing timely updates by phone and email.
• Guide clients through each stage of their case and maintain clear communication.
• Review cases for eligibility and ensure all information is complete.
• Organize and maintain case files with up‑to‑date documents.
• Coordinate appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups to advance cases.
• Draft and file legal documents to support attorneys and streamline handling.
• Deliver excellent client service and build trust throughout the process.
