Job summary

In The Network is seeking experienced Remote Personal Injury Case Managers to join our nationwide network as independent contractors. You will support law firms by guiding clients, coordinating cases, and ensuring timely communication while working fully from home.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of legal case management, strong organizational skills, English (C1), and the ability to work autonomously. Training is provided, equipment and self-employment taxes are handled by you.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of legal case management experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare and legal processes in personal injury.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Advocacy: guiding clients through every step, managing appointments and deadlines.
• Case Coordination: open/manage files, track progress, gather documents and authorizations.
• Team Collaboration: work with law firms, insurers, and medical providers; audit with auditors.
• Oversight & Reporting: monitor medical treatment plans, timelines, and case billings.
• Compliance: adhere to software policies and KPIs.
