Tech Solutions LA Inc. is seeking a organized Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee cases from intake to settlement, delivering excellent client service and efficient progression.

You'll manage deadlines, coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and insurers, and maintain meticulous case records in a fast-paced environment. Prior US personal injury exposure is highly valued, with strong English communication and independent work ethic essential.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of personal injury claims and case management processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling U.S. personal injury cases is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters and maintain accurate case records.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular case updates and inquiries.
• Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other case-related materials.
• Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with claim preparation, demand packages, and settlement documentation.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Schedule appointments, depositions, and other case-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical requirements.
