DNv is seeking an experienced Account Manager Remoto to manage and expand relationships with our most valuable clients in a fully remote role. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring success and growth through deep understanding of their needs and delivering exceptional solutions.

The role focuses on retention and revenue expansion, operating in a remote environment that promotes autonomy, strategic planning, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CIMA/MIA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, ideally in an accounting firm or shared services environment.
• Experience with clients in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Confident and articulate — able to finalize and present accounts to external clients/stakeholders.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and finalize accounts prepared by executives before client delivery.
• Present finalized accounts and reports directly to external clients/stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting executives.
• Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues.
• Support the Manager in workflow planning and quality control.
• Handle clients in the construction industry where applicable.
