Job summary

Bitso is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to own a corporate FX and cross-border payments portfolio. You will source, structure and close multi-product deals with treasurers and CFOs, while managing a data-driven CRM pipeline and meeting aggressive quotas.

You will engage with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment, and work with Trading and Treasury to optimize pricing and terms across corridors in Latin America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales in fintech, payments, FX or banking with quota attainment.
• Experience selling FX spot/forward to corporates, including pricing with treasurers.
• Experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments.
• Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment firms in Mexico.
• Ability to structure complex multi-product deals navigating procurement, treasury, legal and compliance.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX and cross-border payment relationships.
• Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX and payment volume and net revenue.
• Originate new logos through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing, spreads and terms with Trading, Treasury, and Legal.
• Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation to shorten time-to-first-transaction.
