BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer specializing in Elixir and Phoenix to design and develop highly concurrent, scalable full-stack applications. You will merge robust backends with reactive frontend layers to deliver seamless, reliable, and enterprise-grade user experiences.

You will work 100% remotely with flexible hours, enjoy competitive USD or local currency compensation, and receive hardware, onboarding support, and opportunities for mentorship and growth in a global Top 1%

Formación

5+ years of experience in software engineering/full-stack development.
Proven expertise in Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
Strong understanding of OTP and designing concurrent, fault-tolerant systems.
Experience developing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on testing, observability, cloud deployment, and database experience.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Architect and maintain web applications with Elixir and Phoenix.
Design concurrent, fault-tolerant backend services using OTP.
Build, optimize, and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs for front-end applications.
