BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer specializing in Elixir and Phoenix to design and develop highly concurrent, scalable full-stack applications. You will merge robust backends with reactive frontend layers to deliver seamless, reliable, and enterprise-grade user experiences.

You will work 100% remotely with flexible hours, enjoy competitive USD or local currency compensation, and receive hardware, onboarding support, and opportunities for mentorship and growth in a global Top 1%

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering/full-stack development.
• Proven expertise in Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Strong understanding of OTP and designing concurrent, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience developing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on testing, observability, cloud deployment, and database experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Elixir, Phoenix), you will design and develop highly concurrent, scalable full-stack applications. You will merge high-performance backend systems with reactive frontend layers to deliver seamless, reliable, and enterprise-grade user experiences.

• Proven expertise in Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
