Bluelight LLC is a leading software consultancy offering innovative solutions across the Americas. We are expanding our rapidly growing team and seek an Elixir backend engineer to help us deliver robust APIs and services for diverse clients.

You will design and implement scalable backends using Elixir, Phoenix, and OTP, collaborating in an agile environment to own features from concept to production while advancing your professional growth. Remote-friendly work is supported.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proficient in Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent/distributed systems.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL (Ecto).
• Excellent collaboration in agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs in Elixir.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers.
• Own features from concept to launch.
• Write tests and participate in code reviews.
• Improve performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Stay current with Elixir ecosystem trends.
