Bluelight LLC in Mexico is seeking a skilled backend developer to join our rapidly growing team. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs using Elixir and the Phoenix framework, contributing to scalable services for diverse clients.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Strong experience with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent and distributed systems.
• Proven RESTful API design and PostgreSQL (Ecto) experience.
• Strong product sense and collaboration in agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from conception to launch with specifications and release processes.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Stay current with the Elixir ecosystem and best practices.
